To evaluate and report on Fleet performance data that is relevant, consistent, transparent, and accurate and complete, for consolidation for internal review and public disclosure. To support our Customers in providing assurance that the Fleet requirements are implemented and effective. Carry out Fleet Audit/Inspections and support all businesses in the process. To review the effectiveness, adequacy and suitability of the Fleet Management System and recommend actions to improve. To support our Customers in ensuring that contracts consistently and effectively cover the management of Fleet & Maintenance risks, and to deliver effective management of Fleet & Maintenance risks during contracted activities
To deliver continuous improvement of Preventative Maintenance performance through pro-active Fleet management, relentless pursuit of adherence to policy and standards, exemplary personal leadership behaviour, provision of appropriate organisation and resources, and systematic review of effectiveness.To identify and assess fleet requirements systematically and define the standards, plans, procedures and resources necessary to manage them. To implement the Fleet Management System, standards, procedures, action plans and risk management controls to deliver continuous improvement of Fleet performance.
To manage the risk of driving and transport of people and goods on Company Business. To manage the risk from transport of people and goods by road. Support our Customers in carrying out an assessment of their contractors to ensure that they conform to the required Safety standards and processes.
To support, co-ordinate and embed a proactive and
sustainable culture within all business partners in order to drive down costs associated
with fleet management and help them to achieve growth in a safe manner.
